And how I loved this pie! I hoped that was left over, because then I would have a guaranteed for my lunch the next day piece.
Now the recipe traveled miles away and came here in Gotis City. Life Light: Secrets of blender
Friday is day choppinho, there has Saturday expresso beans feijoada for lunch, risotto dinner, Sunday is a day of BBQ for lunch and pizza for dinner ... Let's not even counting the "good drink" or desserts expresso beans ... That is, all its food consciousness during the week (?) went downhill ... Sad huh? And it has plenty of power to go to war or build a house. Exaggeration? A little ... but understood the reasoning? What matters ... Since you will eat feijoada or BBQ or pizza, that does not mean you should "call for jackfruit slipper" and "eat to die." Eat, enjoy, enjoy, participate, interact, but go slowly, chew, and stay tuned PORTION, a little bit of everything is always better ... Try not to abuse at every meal, if you stop to think, we have at least 6 chances counting Saturday and Sunday to eat beyond measure ... CHOOSE ONE MEAL and hold the other ... Beware of ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, try not to drink at all meals, take some time to go pro your body metabolizing and do not overload your liver so dear WATER! !! WATER, water capriche, weekend body still needs water to function know? Yeah ... Enjoy, and especially, do not feel guilt, fault too fattening. Use breakfast to add nutrients that will help your body eliminate toxins. Make a "JUICE WITH ALL IN", and is a HEALTHY PRACTICE option.
You can do a mix of what you have at home, besides adding FRUIT (preferably fresh) VEGETABLES (carrots, beets ...), GREEN leaves, herbs and buds (cabbage, arugula, parsley, mint, alfalfa sprouts) and some SEED or brown (flaxseed, sesame seed, melon ...). Puts everything into the blender and let it work. NOT COE, strain the fibers and removes all regulatory components that are there grudadinhos them. Hello Carol! I followed your advice but I'm in doubt ... Today I did a detox juice literally "With everything inside" I put the following ingredients: (The list is long ... lol) Coconut Water Flaxseed Green Apples Grape Juice Strawberry Lemon Fennel Cauliflower Celery Spinach Cilantro Mint Ginger and ... phew! Anyway, I put everything expresso beans I had in the fridge. I wonder if by having put so many ingredients it's possible that some of them are not absorbed by the body?
