The activity consultant and trainer gave me the opportunity to observe the relationship of leaders and subordinates with the necessary distance to realize what is really happening and what is the true role of a true leader returned to excellent and sustainable results.
I see professionals in a mad rush, even looking at his team, never realizing what actually pastry blender happens and how the people pastry blender are, after all say, we have no time for such matters, we have a goal to beat.

Other tasks, projects and operations forward to this essence does not have any importance.
