When I was a child my mother had a habit of making this recipe. I remember that the pie was served on Sundays at lunchtime, along with a million other things for everyone to eat. And how I loved this pie! I hoped that was left over, because then I would have a guaranteed for my lunch the next day piece.
Now the recipe traveled miles away and came here in Gotis City. Already serve as input to a few dinners that offer / give back to friends stick blender and coworkers hubby, varying only the options of filling. And that is not to my surprise the patty made the greatest success among Swedish stick blender ?! OIA only mother stick blender that chic!
And last Friday was the day to prepare it again, but now only for me and hubby. I opted to make the stuffing for chicken, corn, peas and cheese and served with a basic very colorful little salad.
Best of all is that as the recipe yields, stick blender yet given to ensure lunch on Saturday and remain so over time for long walks I have done hubby, after all we need to burn the calories somehow.
It is delicious with a guy !!! But if I may put a parenthesis, well I clicked the "pie stick blender blender" thinking it was a link to the recipe: '(
Look, it's not because it was I who did it, but was muuuuuuito hot! I swear to you that no recipe is a family secret. If you want I can send you by email. Just tell me;-) A mega kiss for you!
Hmmmm ... my mother also made this pie ... I love the versatility of it because it just change the filling as the train is super chic! One thing that Joel loves it when I include the Turkish Yoghurt filling ... inspired me today friend, Here I prepare a (vegetarian) version for lunch the day!
Speaks the truth, this pie is very handy for everything! I never put yogurt, but I think it should be good too. In Brazil I used to put enough cream cheese and the flavor was divine mega. Surely its vegetarian version must have been delicious too !!! Kisses
