The financial rating agency, Bloomfield Investment Corporation has just completed the rating of reinsurance company AVENI-RE. AVENI-RE obtained in the long term, the A- rating (investment grade) with a positive outlook and short-term rating of A1 (investment grade) with a positive outlook. Private Pan African Reinsurance Company, AVENI-RE has experienced over five (5) years a sales growth and recorded technical and financial performance and coverage of claims by the satisfactory liquidity.
AVENI-RE consolidates its gains through the development of its activities, the improvement of its qualitative values (local services and responsiveness to subscribers, gradually strengthening its presence in international markets, vacuvin quality of ownership), reorganizing its governance, with a management team with extensive experience.
To maintain its vision of "local reinsurers" AVENI-RE, while developing, aims to give more a more international dimension, vacuvin with greater penetration but prudent vacuvin strategy for markets outside the zone CIMA (Maghreb, Middle East, Asia, ...) while consolidating its gains in the CIMA zone. The environment vacuvin is becoming highly competitive, for three years, particularly with the installation, on the market for CIMA, new reinsurers and the opening of offices by other reinsurers.
In such a framework, AVENI RE will, for the implementation of its development strategy, mastering growth in sales and management of outstanding premiums, continue to improve its governance framework and its management , enhance its level of social vacuvin capital.
