Long ago the cornmeal cake was on my list. I was always very curious and like to try new things. But this cake, after all, does not result in flavor esam so young - flour, cornmeal is cornmeal and the taste is very similar to this Milh the cake. It is drier than that and requires a liquid accompaniment. Perfect for breakfast or snack, it's a cinch to make.
Preparation Grease and flour a way. Preheat oven to 180º. Pour all ingredients in a blender in the order they appear esam above. Beat until smooth and lump free mixture. Pour the mixture, it will seem a little liquid in form and bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
